    Founded in 2009, Low T Center has quickly evolved into a pioneering and innovative medical practice model dedicated to improving men’s health and quality of life through testosterone replacement therapy and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.  In response to our patient's requests, we are expanding into Men's Wellness where we will manage other conditions causing symptoms common with Low Testosterone (like fatigue and lack of mental clarity). These conditions include Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Hypothyroid and chronic Allergies. We will also manage the chronic diseases that are often associated with or resulting from these conditions including Hypertension, High Cholesterol and Diabetes. Low T is focusing on getting men feeling great, then helping them to improve their diet and exercise to reduce their long-term dependence on medication and improve their overall health and wellness.  Low T Center has established itself as a leader in providing excellent and cutting-edge care and we are committed to creating a friendly, efficient environment for our patients   Our commitment to excellence starts with you!  Currently, we have 47 Low T Centers in 11 states and are committed to continuing growth throughout the country!


    Position Overview and Expectation 


    The Low T Center Regional Operations Manager is a key player helping Low T achieve its quality of care and efficiency goals. The successful candidate has the wonderful opportunity to serve as both an internal consultant and a line manager; gaining valuable experience in both disciplines. The Regional Operations Manager simultaneously performs three primary jobs; data analytics, process improvement, and operational supervision/intervention. The Regional Operations Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations.


    Full Time position with competitive pay and bonus opportunity.


    • Daily Operations Management

    • Ensure data is present

    • Analyze data daily (identify exceptions)

    • Take action daily - Intervene – reach out to clinics. Get exceptions solved.

    • Weekly Continuous Improvement.

    • Review daily exceptions by frequency and severity

    • Devise improvement in training, process, tools or identify performance management issues * Performance Management.

    • Review clinic and team member performance with Centers.

    • Assist clinics in conducting effective performance management where applicable.

    • Monthly Continuous improvement.

    • Interviewing and hiring employees competent to achieve success within the Low T Center model.

    • Reviewing and resolving patient communications.

    • Ensures adherence to training of staff in the performance of their duties.

    • Travel expectation: Less than 25%

    • Bachelor's degree required

    • 2 years of managerial experience in the retail industry.

    • Ability to organize and lead projects, meet deadlines and problem resolution.

    • Good interpersonal skills with exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

    • Must be passionate about service, disciplined to drive process and committed to learning new technologies
